Job summary

The Glendive region is seeking a Maintenance Team Supervisor to lead the Parks and Outdoor Recreation Division maintenance team. You will coordinate with regional staff to identify needs, assign priorities, and manage maintenance activities.

The role demands supervision of Maintenance Worker 2,1 and Groundskeeper positions, with on-call duties including weekends and nights, and travel to field sites as needed. Excellent safety practices required.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience equivalent to a 2-year degree and at least 5 years of general facilities experience.
• Education in maintenance, Industrial Arts, Natural Resource Management, Engineering Technology, Mechanics, Land Management or related field is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance needs and establish workflows for regular tasks.
• Supervise maintenance staff and manage personnel records.
• Oversee repairs/buildings, facilities, and equipment fleets.
• Ensure safety protocols and training for staff are followed.
