The ideal applicant has a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months in customer service or maintenance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for extended periods. Outdoor work in various weather conditions is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store, forecourt, fueling areas, restrooms, and surrounding property.
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep using hand and portable tools.
• Help maintain Splash In car wash and vacuum equipment.
• Manage waste and keep coolers and other areas stocked.
• Assist with merchandising and deliveries.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
• Support the store team with day-to-day operations and other tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

We're looking for a Site Maintenance Associate to help keep our stores, property, and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role is hands-on and includes a mix of maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and guest service.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store, forecourt, fueling areas, restrooms, and surrounding property.
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep using hand and portable tools.
• Help maintain Splash In car wash and vacuum equipment.
• Manage waste and keep coolers and other areas stocked.
• Assist with merchandising and deliveries.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
• Support the store team with day-to-day operations and other tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service or maintenance-related experience.
• Familiarity with hand and portable tools, including power washers, sprayers, and limited power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and remain mobile for at least 6 hours.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
