Work occurs both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions and environments, including amenities and exterior areas. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly required to use hands, stand, walk, reach, climb, and squat. Must be able to access all property areas and work outside in all weather conditions. Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering at least 75 lbs. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. Travel may be required for property assistance or training.
