Position: Landscape Maintenance Team Member

Reports To: Landscape Team Leader

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (Monday through Thursday), Fridays used for weather makeups as needed

As a Landscape Maintenance Team Member at TruScape, you’ll be part of a crew focused on premium landscape services. You’ll work outdoors with your hands every day—handling mulching, bed edging, seasonal color, weed control, and trimming/pruning services. This is a fast-paced, physically active role where attention to detail and pride in your work make all the difference.

Expect to load/unload materials, operate basic landscaping tools, clean up job sites, and support your team leader throughout each day. This division plays a key role in maintaining the health, appearance, and value of the landscapes we service.

Requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of landscape experience preferred (mulching, plant care, bed maintenance)
  
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  
• Comfortable using powered hand tools like trimmers, blowers, and hedge shears
  
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  
• Basic plant and weed identification is a plus
  
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
  
• Ability to follow instructions and support a team-driven work environment
  
• Consistent 4-day workweek (3-day weekends when weather allows)
