Danfoss in Mountain Home is seeking a Rapid Response Technician lead. You will guide the Rapid Response team, perform essential maintenance, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime while upholding safety norms.
The role emphasizes rapid triage, preventive maintenance coordination, and collaboration with service providers to sustain equipment reliability. Strong mechanical aptitude and physical capability are required.

Will also perform basic maintenance related activities to support machine up time. Primary role will be that of rapid response technician and trouble shooter and support maintenance activities. Actively support and strive to meet the strategic goals set by the facility and Danfoss Corporation.
This is a 2nd Shift position, with shift hours 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Lead the Rapid Response team in learning, applying, and retaining new techniques, concepts, and procedures required for continuously improving products, processes, services, deliveries, and overall quality. Lead the team to safely and effectively complete work requests and safety needs, ranging from mechanical repairs to replacing parts, while creating and maintaining a safe work environment and practicing safety for self and others at all times.
Coordinate the completion of required preventative maintenance activities, including lubrications and inspections. Perform carrier repair and compliance audits on operator-level maintenance, report audit results to management on a periodic basis, and elevate instances of serious braider preventative maintenance needs.
Serve as the primary resource for braider rapid response activities, including triaging braiders, initiating appropriate work orders, monitoring braider downtime, and escalating to front-line supervisors any braiders not returned to service within established service level targets.
Partner with maintenance service providers and assist with braider rebuilds and preventative maintenance (PM) activities as needed to support equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Maintain flexibility to move between work areas as needed to meet customer delivery expectations and plant productivity goals. Work efficiently to establish standards without constant supervision while promoting cooperation and a team-oriented work environment at all times under the direction of leadership.
