Job summary

Electrolux Consumer Products, Inc. in Kinston, NC seeks a Maintenance Team Lead to coordinate technicians, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure uptime. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor in executing maintenance plans and continuous improvement activities on first shift.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in industrial maintenance or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience with EAM.
• Prior lead experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and support to Maintenance Technicians, serving as the primary resource for questions and onboarding.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, assist with repairs, complete preventive maintenance through CMMS, escalate major concerns.
• Monitor equipment performance and uptime, communicate work status updates, participate in root cause analysis.
• Support EMS tool implementation and continuous improvement initiatives; maintain 5S standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring PPE, reporting incidents and maintaining a safe environment.
