Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead based at the Kinston, NC site to coordinate technicians, troubleshoot equipment, and uphold uptime. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with plans and continuous improvement activities while following production needs.

The role emphasizes leading a small team, driving preventive maintenance through CMMS, and promoting a strong safety culture within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience with EAM.
• Prior lead experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and support to Maintenance Technicians and onboarding.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance via CMMS.
• Monitor equipment uptime and communicate status, perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Lean and 5S improvements and EMS tool initiatives.
• Promote safety and PPE compliance in daily operations.
