Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure timely task completion.
• Implement and monitor Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Develop work orders and assign maintenance tasks to technicians.
• Monitor task completion and maintain machinery history and logs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to maintenance personnel.
