Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with utility systems and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety inspections and audits and enforce company policy.
• Coordinate daily maintenance repair tasks and track progress.
• Schedule and manage preventative and predictive maintenance and vendor service.
• Oversee maintenance technicians and develop their technical competence.
• Maintain records, parts, and equipment information as required.
