Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products LLC in Jacksonville, IL (East Plant) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, drive reliability, and manage a team of technicians across preventive and corrective activities.

You will collaborate with Production and Engineering, prioritise safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while optimizing equipment performance and maintenance planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of progressive manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance activities or serving in a lead/foreman role.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 5–20 maintenance employees.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate emergency repairs, equipment installations, and rebuilds.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead safety programs and investigations.
