Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Technicians in maintaining and improving our optical and coax distribution networks. You will ensure safety and quality standards while driving maintenance activities to keep our network strong for customers.

You will supervise, coordinate preventative maintenance, mentor staff, and resolve escalated line issues. Strong electronics background and field-tool proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics or related field.
• 4+ years in optical/coax network maintenance or related work.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a technical setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance to optimize network integrity and reliability.
• Mentor on safety, quality, and individual growth.
• Resolve escalated line problems in compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate across departments for seamless operations and projects.
• Plan and execute small projects including FCC testing and relocations.
