Qualifications

• Ability to Lead or Supervise (SCREEN OUT) Experience must be demonstrated in at least two trades: Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Cement Finishing, or Masonry
• Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment
• Use of Measuring Instruments
• Technical Practices (Theoretical, Precise, Artistic)
• Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (Includes Blueprint Reading)
• Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, and Repair, etc.
• Knowledge of Materials

Responsibilities

• Passes on to other workers the instructions received from the supervisor by assigning daily tasks to individuals of the work group.
• You may be required to work on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and shift work.
