Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for completing and filing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to after-hours calls.

Duties include repairing doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, furniture and cabinetry, plus HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs as directed by management. Candidates should be prepared to handle a variety of maintenance tasks, including non-routine projects, with flexibility in scheduling and a strong focus

Qualifications

• EPA approved technician certification is required.
• Pool Operators Certificate is preferred.
• Ability to adapt schedule during maintenance weeks and holidays.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues.
• Commitment to safety and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete and file work orders; submit to dispatcher.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and after-hours calls.
• Repair or replace doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry.
• Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general repairs as directed.
