Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Maintenance Leader to serve as the quarterback for maintenance programs on two assigned production lines in Hawaii. This elevated hourly role owns line maintenance performance and drives planning, down-day execution, PM/AM effectiveness, and defect resolution.

You will collaborate closely with line teams, Reliability Execution, and Operations leadership to deliver best-in-class line performance.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and operational standards.
Ability to influence performance without formal authority.
Experience with daily management systems (DDS) or similar.

Responsibilities

Own maintenance performance for two lines, including reliability and uptime.
Track, analyze, and eliminate breakdowns and losses.
Identify, prioritize, and close line defects with urgency.
Lead maintenance planning, down-day and planned-stop execution, and MRO readiness.
Ensure PM/AM execution to support asset health.
Coach and assess PM/AM standards and mitigation strategies.
Share learnings with Reliability Execution to improve standards.
Participate in Line DDS, structure team meetings, and shift huddles.
Serve as the key maintenance voice in daily and weekly operating rhythms.
Partner with Operations, Reliability, and Maintenance teams to ensure aligned execution.
