Job summary

Wells is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to supervise daily maintenance across facility systems and rolling stock, combining hands-on work with leadership to ensure reliability and safety. • Hands-on maintenance professional
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Safety-focused with ability to enforce standards
• Proactive in process improvement and downtime reduction
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily maintenance work orders and assignments
• Provide hands-on guidance to ensure productivity and quality
• Coordinate schedules with the maintenance planner
• Enter and manage work orders in the system
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion
• Address team concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Perform repairs on equipment including rolling stock and plant systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
