Job summary

Watlow in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment.

You will plan daily maintenance, drive PM/CMMS workflows, and partner with Operations, Engineering, HS&E, and Quality to maximize uptime and support production goals. The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 2+ years of leadership, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation systems.
• Experience with CMMS and Lean/continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using CMMS.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, HS&E to improve reliability and safety.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including uptime, PM completion, MTTR, and backlog.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvements.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
