Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience, with a year in a lead role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical and safety systems.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English; knowledge of production processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily maintenance operations for assigned areas.
• Directs activities of staff to perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
• Plans layout work for projects and coordinates with engineers and vendors.
• Ensures repairs are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Supports broad maintenance functions across packaging, process, and building maintenance.
• Works to reduce machinery downtime and improve line reliability.
