Job summary

You will direct daily maintenance operations across packaging, process, mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance, aiming to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related work experience with 1 year in a leading role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, safety and preventive maintenance.
• Experience leading a maintenance team preferred.
• Ability to read and write English; proficient in MS Office.
• Food processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance operations for assigned areas and oversee repairs and PM.
• Lead team, develop capabilities, maintain equipment reliability, reduce downtime.
• Ensure regulatory compliance health & safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and vendors; participate in capital projects.
• Travel to multiple facilities as required.
