Job summary

Ken's Foods, Inc. seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Las Vegas manufacturing operation. You will guide safety, quality, service, and cost while developing a high-performing team across operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, and EHS.

Responsibilities include championing Lean, TPM, MES, and WMS, ensuring SQF certification, and delivering safe, high-quality products at optimal cost. You will partner with corporate leaders to advance company goals and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant food manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership across complex plant operations and multiple functional teams.
• Working knowledge of SQF requirements and experience implementing SQF Level III certification.

• Strengthen food safety, product integrity, GMP compliance, sanitation, and SQF systems.
• Create and sustain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with corporate environmental health and safety programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers across operations, quality, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement, and EHS.
• Partner with corporate leaders and Human Resources to advance company goals, core values, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.

Lead the plant. Build the team. Raise the standard. Ken's Foods is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Las Vegas manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will guide the people, processes, and systems that drive safe, efficient, high-quality production-from engineering and maintenance to packaging, warehousing, quality, sanitation, continuous improvement, and environmental health and safety.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant food manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership across complex plant operations and multiple functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, TPM, continuous improvement, manufacturing execution systems, and warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading employee safety and food safety systems.
• Working knowledge of SQF requirements and experience implementing and maintaining SQF Level III certification in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business judgment, analytical ability, communication skills, and problem-solving capability.

Work Environment

This role works in an active manufacturing environment and requires regular standing, walking, communication, and situational awareness. The position may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional wet or humid conditions, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and vibration.
