Job summary

Ajasianfoods is hiring a Maintenance Team Leader to work with the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor to lead, plan, schedule, and perform repairs and preventive maintenance on facility/buildings and production equipment. The role supports related projects and daily activities.

Responsibilities include leading onsite maintenance, troubleshooting issues, planning preventive maintenance, and tracking performance via the CMMS system, with occasional off-hour and weekend coverage as required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive mechanical and electrical experience.
• Refrigeration experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of the onsite maintenance workforce.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Develop, plan and schedule preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Track work orders and generate performance metrics via CMMS.
• Provide technical direction to technicians and contractors.
