Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to coordinate the daily activities of the manufacturing team with a hands-on leadership approach. You will troubleshoot critical machinery, uphold safety and quality standards and manage preventative maintenance across equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience related to industrial maintenance.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Occasional local travel around 5%.
• Experience with hydraulics, electronics, overhead cranes, work trucks, air tools and fabrication processes.
• Good computer skills: Teams, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as needed.
• Communicate work assignments to team members.
• Prioritize maintenance projects using organizational skills.
• Monitor progress of repairs and schedule based on production requirements.
• Lead maintenance team and coordinate daily activities.
• Develop processes and drive performance improvements.
• Provide training and coaching to close competence gaps.
