Job summary

Just Born, Inc in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Maintenance Systems Leader to champion equipment reliability and ensure performance on assigned production lines. This hands-on role focuses on Total Productive Maintenance, daily management, and breakdown elimination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance, asset care, or reliability roles.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion equipment reliability and performance for assigned production lines.
• Lead breakdown elimination efforts through structured root-cause analysis.
• Create training materials and support the qualification of line teams in maintenance activities.
