Job summary

Just Born, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Maintenance Systems Leader to drive reliability and performance of assigned production lines. You will collaborate with the Line Trio to advance TPM, daily management, and data-driven breakdown elimination, ensuring safe and efficient operation on the floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership of maintenance systems, standards, and capability, with a focus on continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence at the Bethlehem facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or technical field
• 3+ years in maintenance, asset care, reliability, or maintenance planning in manufacturing
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead TPM-based operations and maintenance improvements
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Responsibilities

• Champion equipment reliability and breakdown elimination on assigned lines
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for breakdowns
• Track maintenance indicators and identify trends for improvement
• Develop and execute maintenance improvement plans based on data
• Coordinate planned stops and integrate work orders into execution plans
• Support TPM pillars: AM, CIL, CL, DH, and cost/parts optimization
• Maintain and update technical documentation and schematics
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to maintenance teams
