Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role overseeing a multi-trade maintenance team.
• Knowledgeable in OSHA and NFPA regulations and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting for garment finishing and steam tunnel equipment.
• Champion TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.

Hands-on expertise in building mechanical systems

Education
