Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance administration activities and work orders.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for asset management.
• Proficiency in data reporting and analyzing maintenance information.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance administration activities, including work orders, billing, payroll support, employee travel, and shop documentation.
• Maintain asset and maintenance records within SAP, including meter readings and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage capital asset administration by creating new equipment records and supporting asset close-out.
• Support equipment lifecycle processes, including transfers, additions, and maintenance reporting.
• Train employees on maintenance systems and assist with purchasing and procurement activities.
