Job summary

DFA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing environment. You will manage work orders, schedules, and inventory while ensuring compliance with health and safety, GMP, and sanitation standards.

Includes collaboration with maintenance staff to optimize programs, with attention to parts purchasing, vendor coordination, and accurate reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years MRO or related maintenance experience.
• Certification/license may be required during employment.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar maintenance systems.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Prepare and close maintenance work orders in SAP.
• Schedule daily and weekly maintenance activities.
• Create and manage purchase orders for parts.
• Maintain inventory and manuals; manage vendors.
• Generate maintenance reports and analyze trends.
• Ensure health, safety, and GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to improve programs.
• Follow all GMP and sanitation requirements.
