Job summary

CooperRiis in Mill Spring, NC is seeking a Maintenance Support Staff to care for the campus grounds, assist with vehicle maintenance, and support small building projects.

This full-time role requires physical activity, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work with a team on routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, raking, planting, trimming, and watering the campus grounds
• Works with the team on routine vehicle maintenance
• Works on minor building projects and modifications
• Maintains all equipment
• Other maintenance related duties as assigned

Pay:Starts at $18.00 per hour and increases based on experience
