Responsibilities include supervising the janitorial team, ensuring shifts are covered, monitoring attendance, conducting quality inspections, training staff, and managing cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services.
• 3 years of janitorial or custodial experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly desirable.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and E-Verify.
• Flexible to cover shifts as needed.
