MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Village at Desert Lakes in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee maintenance and repairs, supervise staff, and coordinate schedules to keep the community in top condition.

The role requires at least 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor, experience with 150+ units, and broad trades expertise. A valid driver's license is required, and a customer-service focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in all trades.
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance.
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff.
• Coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling personnel.

• Maintaining records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and related tasks.

We are looking for an experiencedMaintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Village at Desert Lakes in Las Vegas, NV As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!
• Must have experience in all trades.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
