MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Village at Desert Lakes in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring high-quality service for residents and efficient operations across the community.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong multi-trade knowledge, exceptional customer service, and a valid driver’s license. Expect collaborative work, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
• Maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
• Experience in all trades.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, perform or delegate routine maintenance.
• Oversee and inspect work by maintenance staff.
• Manage system for handling resident service requests.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and scheduling with management.
• Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings.
• Maintain records for preventive maintenance and expenditures.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Village at Desert Lakes in Las Vegas, NV As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
• Managing system for handling resident service requests
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!
• Must have experience in all trades.
