Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Valdosta, GA is seeking a property maintenance supervisor to own the role and deliver excellent resident service. You will handle service requests and oversee daily operations.

You will participate in preventative maintenance for pool, grounds, and appliances and may take on supervisory duties. EPA or CPO is a plus; a valid driver's license is required. The role includes strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Own your role at the property and provide great resident service.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Experience with pool maintenance, grounds, appliances.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a clean work area, tools and inventory all supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities
