Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our Liberty facility. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, supervise a team, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance to enable reliable production.

The role emphasizes equipment uptime, refrigeration and wastewater operations, and continuous improvement in maintenance processes, with a strong focus on training and leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a related setting.
• Experience coordinating maintenance operations in manufacturing/production.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, facilities repair, safety requirements, GMPs, HACCP, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and facilities work to support operations.
• Maintain department performance in efficient use of resources, equipment, and materials.
• Mentor and develop maintenance team members and communicate performance standards.
