Job summary

Hithium Tech USA Inc HQ in Forney, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities across the facility with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will supervise a team of 10+ technicians, manage PMs and repairs, and drive TPM initiatives in collaboration with operations and engineering.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience, hands-on electrical and mechanical skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including leadership/lead technician roles.
Experience with low voltage (24VDC, 120VAC), high voltage (208/277/480VAC), and control voltage systems.
OSHA-compliant safety knowledge, including LOTO and machine safeguarding.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Proficient with EAM/CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP/EAM) for work orders and PMs.
Familiarity with TPM structure and continuous improvement.
Experience leading a team of 10+ technicians and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance activities with emphasis on safety, quality, and responsiveness.
Oversee work orders, PMs, corrective repairs, and emergency responses.
Support TPM initiatives with operations and engineering to reduce recurring issues.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment under various voltages.
Validate completed work orders and coach on documentation standards.
Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA guidelines, including LOTO.
Develop technicians through training and performance feedback.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and facilities to minimize impact on operations.
Advise on spare parts, tools, and reliability improvements.
Serve as contact for contractors and service providers; provide off-shift coverage as needed.
