Job summary

Hithium Tech USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead 10+ technicians in a North Texas manufacturing facility. The role focuses on safety, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement, with two 12-hour day shifts on site.

The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical and mechanical skills and TPM experience. Responsibilities include directing maintenance activities, managing work orders, and coaching staff on documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with low/high voltage systems (24VDC, 120VAC, 208/277/480VAC).
• OSHA-safe practices including LOTO and machine safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of maintenance technicians with focus on safety and quality.
• Oversee PMs, corrective repairs, and emergency tasks; manage work orders.
• Support TPM initiatives and coordinate with operations/engineering to reduce recurring issues.
