Job summary

Monogram Foods in Chandler, MN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across production, warehouse, refrigeration, and wastewater areas. The role supports facility projects, including machinery installation, setup, and removal, with flexibility for evenings and weekends to meet production needs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in industrial maintenance, and PLC/electrical/mechanical troubleshooting

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
At least 2 years of electrical/PLC troubleshooting experience.
At least 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Industrial maintenance certification from an accredited institution preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical schematics, and work orders accurately.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize equipment and facility downtime.
Contribute to the improvement of production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements including USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and company policies.
