Trotter Workforce in Berks County, PA, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team of technicians across shifts. You will supervise scheduling, diagnose complex equipment issues, and develop PM programs to minimize downtime.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 2+ years supervisory, working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems, plus OSHA/EPA compliance. Occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call support are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory and/or experience leading a team of 7-10 people.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Experience with CMMS software and Microsoft Office.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend hours and on-call emergency response.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, schedules, and manages a team of maintenance mechanics and technicians across assigned shift(s).
• Diagnoses and resolves complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Develops and manages preventive maintenance (PM) programs to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Leads root cause analysis on equipment failures and implements corrective actions.
• Plans and manages maintenance-related capital and improvement projects, including budgeting, timelines, and contractor coordination.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment; manages vendor relationships and purchasing.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety and regulatory standards.
• Conducts performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and training and development for maintenance staff.
• Partners with Production, Engineering, and EHS teams to prioritize work orders and support productiongoals.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records, work order logs, and equipment history using a CMMS.
• Participates in emergency and off-hours call outs as needed.
• Enforces plant safety programs, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and PPE requirements.
