Job summary

Marquette Management, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance in our communities, ensuring clean, well-maintained living environments. Responsibilities include repairs, vacant unit preparation, snow/trash removal, and on-site operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance (apartment/hotel), strong leadership and customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge. HVAC/EPA certification is a plus; weekend/on-call availability is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry.
• Leadership and customer service skills; general computer knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
• Available for on-call and weekend work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• General repairs to apartments and common areas of buildings and grounds.
• Vacant apartment preparation.
• Snow and trash removal.
• Emergency repairs and routine maintenance.
• Cleaning and landscaping.
• Ordering maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Record keeping and accepting deliveries.
• Moving appliances and other related duties.
