Marquette Management, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance team in ensuring residents experience a clean, well-maintained living environment across the community.

You will oversee repairs, vacant apartment turns, groundskeeping, deliveries, and equipment orders. The role requires prior maintenance experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge; HVAC certification is a plus, with on-call and weekend flexibility.

Formación

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills with general computer knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
• Availability for on-call and ability to work weekends when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Snow and trash removal as needed.
• Emergency repairs and routine maintenance.
• Cleaning, landscaping and grounds upkeep.
• Order maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Record keeping and accepting deliveries.
• Move appliances and perform other related duties.

The Service Manager position plays a key role in effectively accomplishing the goal of providing residents with a clean, well maintained living environment. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the maintenance department include, but are not limited to, general repairs to the apartments and common areas of the buildings and grounds, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, moving appliances and other job related duties.

Requirements

The Service Manager must have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, as well as excellent Leadership, customer service skills and general computer knowledge. Candidate should have experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.

HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus! Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary is also a plus!
