Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as a maintenance technician or related experience.
• High-level skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification - Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality completion of resident service requests.
• Manage maintenance associates, ensuring training and task completion.
• Oversee repairs, renovations, and cleanliness of apartments and facilities.
