Qualifications

• Minimum one year as a maintenance technician or applicable experience.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification – Type II or Universal Certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day service needs and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Performs routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance repairs.
• Provides guidance and training to Maintenance Apprentices & Porters.
