Qualifications

• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification - Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance repairs.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of resident service requests.
• Maintain landscaping and perform snow removal as needed.
