Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at the Albany Lumber facility in Albany, Georgia. You will lead the maintenance team, champion safety and reliability initiatives, and partner with Operations to maximize asset performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with PMs and CMMS, and a track record of continuous improvement in an industrial setting. This position is based on site at Albany Lumber.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in manufacturing, industrial, or military settings.
• Experience applying reliability concepts and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance staff to apply Principle Based Management.
• Drive safety, environmental, health, and compliance improvements and hazard risk reduction.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans including PMs, corrective work, and outage support.
• Foster ownership and continuous improvement aligned with safety and operations goals.
• Build relationships with Operations to meet KPI targets and optimize asset performance.
• Oversee weekly maintenance schedules and ensure quality PM and precision maintenance execution.
