Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's GP Corrugated in Cleveland, Tennessee is seeking a Reliability Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, champion safety, and drive continuous improvement on the site. You will influence the management team and ensure reliable equipment operation through proactive hazard mitigation and strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within the maintenance department in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Willingness to work different shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work environment, ensure maintenance personnel are practicing best safe work practices and identify/mitigate hazards before work begins.
• Develop trusted and productive relationships with all direct reports.
• Coach employees with direct honest feedback to clarify current performance and future expectations.
• Support each individual employee to self-actualize by improving performance and learning new skills.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of maintaining equipment used in the corrugated industry and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage daily workforce to meet scheduled maintenance adherence.
• Supervise all plant maintenance functions including electrical, controls, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems.
• Prioritize work daily in coordination with operations for maximum value and uptime.
• Work with contractors to safely plan and execute job scopes for the site.
