Sika Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Canton, MA area to support roofing manufacturing operations. The role focuses on supervising maintenance staff, managing payroll, coordinating contractors, and ensuring reliable operation of production equipment.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with production management, develop a strong maintenance team, and uphold safety and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift maintenance staff, coaching and evaluating.
• Manage payroll for maintenance employees.
• Assist in managing outside contractors.
• Ensure efficient operation of production machinery.
• Coordinate all maintenance projects.
• Handle general facility maintenance.
• Lubrication/oil changes of heavy machinery.
• Repair/replace bearings, gear-heads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters.
