Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Sealy, TX operation supporting roofing production. The role oversees shift maintenance, coordinates projects, and collaborates closely with production to ensure continuous equipment uptime and safe, efficient facilities.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage payroll, and work with contractors while maintaining strong records and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to team with production management to achieve common goals.
• Develop a strong team between maintenance/engineering and production.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with good record keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Application Software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift maintenance staff including coaching, training, evaluation and disciplinary functions.
• Manage payroll for all maintenance employees.
• Assist in managing outside contractors.
• Ensure efficient operation of production machinery as part of a core team.
• Coordinate all maintenance projects.
• Handle general facility maintenance.
