Sika Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its Sealy, TX area team for the roofing business. The role oversees maintenance staff, coordinates projects, and supports manufacturing operations to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, payroll experience, and the ability to work closely with production and engineering to improve equipment reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift maintenance staff including coaching, training, evaluation and disciplinary functions.
• Manage payroll for all maintenance employees.
• Assist in managing outside contractors.
• Ensure efficient operation of production machinery.
• Coordinate all maintenance projects.
• Handle general facility maintenance.
• Lubrication/oil changes of heavy machinery.
• Repair bearings, gear-heads, belts and conveyors.
• Modify structural components to meet safety regulations and cost savings.
