Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities maintenance in a retail supercenter environment. You will manage daily maintenance operations, supervise technicians and contractors, and coordinate preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

You'll respond to urgent repairs, maintain CMMS records, and partner with store leadership to prioritize tasks, ensure safety, compliance, and a clean, well-functioning store for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
