Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinate vendors.
• Set cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work performed by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory and ordering of maintenance supplies within budget.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
