Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, HVAC, mechanical systems and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities with staffing and resources.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs based on OEM guidelines.
• Manage spare parts inventory and aging for uptime and cost control.
• Oversee new equipment and facility project buy-offs and design input.
• Lead root cause analysis to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Operations leadership on priorities.
