The role requires coordinating daily maintenance activities, leading the maintenance team, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical, hydraulic, welding, and fabrication skills plus prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and scheduling.
• Experience with PLC systems preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with production and management.
• Inspect machinery and test equipment to identify problems.
• Plan and organize daily maintenance schedules.
• Prepare for scheduled maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance.
• Order parts and coordinate special project needs.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Dismantle and replace faulty components.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety rules.
